I have a nokia 6233 mobile and i have paired my device by entering the key which i got it from the screen, It says that it is paired but not connected? When i try to send file from mac to mobile, it works but vice versa (mobile to mac) says unable to connect and sending failed! Am i doing something wrong? I am pitiful I posting my issue here because I can not find a better location.My Times4000b bluetooth mouse is certainly a little even more than one yr aged. I bought it with my Surface area Pro 3. It had been only connected to the Surface area from the first day, and working fine.

Recently, I start to experience periodic link issue. Today, after convert on my Surface area, the mouse basic stopped operating. I tried everything I can think of, like change battery, reboot Surface area, switch off bluetooth environment on Surface area then change on once again, eliminate the mouse ás a bluetooth device after that reconnect once again, tried to update windows program and mouse equipment (both has been the latest). No issue what I tried, the position of the mouse can be alway paired nót connected. At thé same period, my aged HP Bluetooth keyboard and the surface area pen both functioning great. I imagine that means bluetooth on the Surface side are working fine.
